Roviana Cottage provides the perfect blend of modern accommodation with the charm of a country retreat.

The cottage accommodates 10 people with 2 king size bedrooms, 1 twin single bedroom plus 2 double beds in an adjoining room. For larger groups we can stretch to fit 2 more roll away beds in a nook off the lounge area.

Roviana has a spacious open plan lounge with large plasma TV connected to Foxtel. The well equipped kitchen leads to an impressive 12 seater teak dining table for you and your family and friends to enjoy the River Flats Estate gourmet goodies or indulge in your newest Hunter Valley wine discovery. 

Roviana also has a great slow combustion wood burning for those cold winter evenings, and reverse cycle air conditioning when it's hot in summer making it the perfect accommodation all year round.

The outdoor area is where Roviana really shines. Complete with pizza oven and BBQ, this rustic space is perfect for entertaining. Warm yourself by the adjacent fire pit and huge log seating while the kids run around the fields of space, complete with sand pit and swings.

Roviana supplies all professionally laundered bed linen, towels and a well equipped kitchen including pantry basics. We also provide everything for a hearty country breakfast including bacon, fresh farm eggs, bread, orange juice, tea and coffee.

Minimum 2 nights.
